Mailboxes

greneIT Mail gives you professional email addresses on your own domain, such as you@yourbrand.com. Each mailbox includes 50 GB of mail storage and 25 GB of document storage.

Open Email in the left-hand menu.

The Email page

  • Available seats: how many more mailboxes your greneIT Mail limit allows. This is a limit, not a bill. You pay when you create a mailbox.
  • Provisioned mailboxes: how many mailboxes are active.
  • Webmail: click Access webmail to read and send mail in your browser at mail.greneit.net.

You need a domain first. If you see Add a domain first, add a domain.

  1. In the Add mail panel, set No of accounts.
  2. For each account, type the part before the @ and choose the domain.
  3. Click Add mail.
  4. Check the Confirm email subscription pop-up, then click Continue to payment or Approve and charge.
  5. After payment, the Email accounts requested pop-up lists the new addresses.

New mailboxes show as Requested until they are set up, then as Provisioned. When a mailbox is ready, greneIT emails you a one-time link to its password. See Your mailbox password.

If you already have a mail subscription, use the Add mailbox panel:

  1. Enter the new address. Click Add another mailbox to add more than one.
  2. Click Add mailboxes & pay and confirm the charge.

If you see No greneIT Mail seats left, request more seats. This raises the limit only, and there is no charge.

  1. In Add additional seats, choose the Reference (domain).
  2. Enter Seats to add.
  3. Click Request seat increase.
  1. Click the bin icon next to the mailbox.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
  3. Click Confirm delete.

Moving from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another provider? In Migrate email, enter your Current provider and the Seats required, then click Request migration. The greneIT team will contact you to plan the move.

The Storage column shows space used against each mailbox’s quota. Rows are highlighted when a mailbox is over its quota.

To let your website send email (contact forms, password resets) from your domain, see Cloudflare Email Sending. You can also request it from the Cloudflare Email Sending table on this page.
