Your mailbox password

When a new mailbox is ready, greneIT emails you a one-time link to its password. We don’t send passwords in emails.

1. Make sure you’re signed in to the portal, using an account with access to Email.
2. Click the link in the email. The Mailbox password page shows the mailbox address and its password.
3. Copy the password into your password manager straight away.

The page shows the password only once. If you open the link again, you see This link is invalid or has already been used.

Use this password for webmail and for mail apps on your phone or computer.

If you’ve lost the password, contact support and choose the mailbox’s domain under I need help with.
