Your applications
An application is anything greneIT runs for you: a WordPress website, a Nextcloud file server, a Grav site, an edge CMS such as EmDash or Aria, or your own code from GitHub.
Open Applications in the left-hand menu.

Each row shows the application’s name, its domain (or No domain), its platform (for example VM · WordPress or Edge · EmDash) and a status such as ready, deploying or failed.
Where applications run
Section titled “Where applications run”| Platform | What it means |
|---|---|
| VM | Runs on one of your servers. Best for WordPress, Nextcloud and Python apps. |
| Edge | Runs on Cloudflare’s global network, with no server to manage. Used for EmDash, Aria and static or JavaScript sites. Billed as an Edge subscription. |
| Custom · GitHub | Your own code, deployed from a GitHub repository each time you push. |
Quick actions
Section titled “Quick actions”| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Login | Opens the Nextcloud sign-in page. |
| Editor | Opens the site’s editor or admin area, where available. |
| Backup | Takes a backup now. A message shows when it has finished. |
| Delete | Removes the application, its Cloudflare configuration and (for VM apps) its files. Edge subscriptions are credited pro-rata. You are asked to confirm. |
Click a row to open the application’s page. See Manage an application.
To add a new one, click Deploy application. See Deploy an application.
